- A statement of fact under penalty of perjury that you have a reasonable good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification..

Repeat Infringers
In the appropriate circumstances, as determined by SlidesArea in its sole discretion, may terminate the user account of such a user or block access to such a user who is a repeat infringer.

SlidesArea is not responsible for the copyright infringement of content uploaded or shared by users. Upon receiving a sufficient infringement notification, we act quickly to remove or disable access to material in accordance with the DMCA.
